How do you ship
from your online store?
All items are
custom made to order. You may call to check if something
is in stock for immediate shipment. Please allow 3-4 weeks until

All standard shipping for orders placed in our online
store over $125 is FREE worldwide by standard UPS or USPS. Under $125,
standard shipping is $9 worldwide.
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment
system is securely powered through Paypal but you do not
need a Paypal account.
What if a buckle
breaks, rivet pops off, or the sole peels?
We proudly offer a
lifetime craftsmanship guarantee against stitching, lost
flowers or crystals, broken buckles, soling, and other
craftsmanship errors. You may send items that need
repairs to our PO Box 549, Brownwood, TX, 76804,
Attn: Repairs
If you need something repaired as a result of a mishap
(part cut off, dog chewed the shoes, etc.) we can
probably repair it, just send a picture and get a repair
quote (typically about $10)
PLEASE INCLUDE a
note with the problem, an email address, a phone number,
and a return mailing address. Otherwise we cannot
guarantee returning the fixed product.
What are your
return policies?
Wrong size?
– if you are unsure of the size you need you may
exchange for free, though you will need to pay the
shipping to get it to us (First Class USPS is least
expensive)
Changed mind?
- 30 day return policy for UNWORN shoes in original
condition for full refund or exchange minus shipping
costs.
1st: Prior to
returning your item, you must contact us for a return
authorization.
2nd: Pack your
return product in original box and a copy of the return
form.
3rd: Send package
with a tracking number and insurance.
4th: Upon
receiving your return we will contact you to verify your
refund or exchange.
Specifications:
Returns or exchanges received by Bear Feet after the
30-day period or without a return authorization number
will not be accepted. Bear Feet must receive all returns
in the same condition as shipped to the customer,
accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Bear Feet will
not accept any returns that show signs of being used,
worn, or items that have been special ordered. The
customer is responsible for all freight charges for
items returned back to Bear Feet, however, the customer
will be reimbursed for freight if the item was sent by
mistake. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process
for refund or exchange.
What if I need to
cancel?
Cancellations
accepted before shipment confirmation has been sent.
After product has shipped, the order cannot be
cancelled. It would have to be returned.
What are the shoes
made of?
The Leather:
There are many different textures of leather, depending
on the way it has been treated.
Suede is a
split of leather, which means it comes from the middle
of the leather, not the top. It has a soft nap.
Nubuck has a very soft nap, even softer than
suede, that holds vibrant colors.
Top-Grain shows the natural texture of the
leather. It is similar to the leather used on car seats.
Waxed Nubuck is like regular Nubuck except it is
slightly shiny and is more water resistant. It is
actually waxed.
Metallic and
Pearlized leathers have a thin foil applied to the
surface to give it a specific shine.
Patent
leather is characterized by its shine. Ultra-shiny
leather is achieved by coating it with a plastic
material and polishing it with rollers.
All our leathers
are formaldehyde free.
The Hardware:
Colored buckles and eyelets are enameled metal. Silver
buckles are nickle, gold buckles are brass. All-natural
crepe rubber or vegetable tanned leather soles
How do I clean the
shoes?
If your product
gets wet - lay it out flat to dry. It will probably
stiffen, but a few days of wear and it will get back to
normal. Do not put it in the dryer. Avoid oily residue
especially on nubuck and suede leather. If you find a stain,
this website
is helpful.
What is your

We do not share
any information of any kind with anyone, and through the
secure system of Paypal, you can be assured your
