Opening Orders
Retail store opening orders must be a minimum of two
styles. Sizes ordered must be at least four sizes in the
same style.
Shipping
Flat rate standard shipping to USA - $14.
Flat rate standard shipping to Canada - $20.
Additional charges for rush orders. Ships with UPS, USPS
or FedEx.
International shipping price quoted per weight, ships
with USPS, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery
In stock items shipped within 5 business days of receipt
of order, but the majority are cut to order and are in
production 6-8 weeks at our factory in USA.

Returns and
Cancellations
Goods are cut to order and are not subject to
cancellation. Claims for shortages or defects must be
made within five days of receipt of order. Authorization
required for returns. Returns for reasons other than
quality defects, or our shipping error, incur a 20%
restocking charge and customer assumes responsibility
for return shipping charges.
Real Leather Reminder
Natural
leather has natural blemishes - while we
strive to give you superior products, the character of
real leather reveals natural surface variations and is
not to be considered a defect. Bright colors will fade
with prolonged direct exposure to strong display lights.
Natural Crepe
Rubber
Natural crepe rubber is made from the sap of the Have
tree. Unlike manmade materials, it can melt when exposed
to petroleum distillates (such as gasoline and naphtha)
or extreme heat.
Style Code
Our code works like this: the first the letters or
numbers are the body type. The second three letters are
the color and type. The third three letters are the
ornament style if needed. The fourth three letters are
the ornament color.
For example, BAB RED RSE RED is a Bear*lerina in red
with a red rose.

are trademarks of Bear Feet Shoe Company. You are
welcome to use them on your website, as long as you
provide a link somewhere on your website to us.
